The overturned water tanker in Emly is now upstanding
UPDATE
The water tanker that had been completely overturned and abandoned on the road in Emly is now upstanding and the roads are now clear.
Safety bollards were put around the tanker and a crane is currently on route to remove it. A new tanker is expected to be in place shortly.
Motorists are still advised to exercise extreme caution on the roads as the cold snap is expected to run into Friday.
Poor visibility and extreme icy conditions are still very much present across some parts of the country.
