Hugely popular health and wellness festival is set to return to Tipperary this weekend

Shanbally House, just outside of Nenagh, is set to host Munster’s first large-scale health and wellness festival this weekend. The event, titled ELEVATE Fit Fest, will run over two days and promises a packed programme of activities and talks.

Attendees can take part in a wide range of fitness and wellness sessions, from cardio classes, HIIT and boxing to yoga, pilates, meditation and relaxation workshops. The line-up will also feature expert-led discussions on nutrition, women’s health, and other wellbeing topics, as well as Q&A sessions and panel discussions.

Alongside the activity schedule, the festival will include food and coffee vendors, a local exhibitors’ area, and dedicated spaces for partner brands.

The lineup includes great names such as Trisha Lewis of Trisha's Transformation fame, expert nutritionist Daniel Davey, fitness guru Kelly Fennell and many more. 

Elevate Fit Fest takes place over two days on Saturday 6 September and Sunday 7 September. The last few tickets are still on sale and you can book yours here
