LATEST: Gardaí attend scene of traffic collision on Tipperary/Limerick border

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene following report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision involving cars, at Emly, Co Tipperary on Tuesday, December 17.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:10pm.

The drivers of the two cars, a woman aged in her 70's, and a man aged in his 40's, were conveyed to Limerick Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life-threatening at this time.

No other injuries were reported at the time.

Investigations are currently ongoing.
