LIVE: Planning decision made on new spectator stand at well-known Tipperary GAA grounds

Planning has been granted for a new spectator stand at a well-known Tipperary GAA grounds.

Sean O'Shea, Development Officer, on behalf of na hEalaí Carrick Swans Hurling, Football & Camogie Club made the application to Tipperary County Council.

The club was seeking approval for the construction of a 260 spectator viewing stand and all associated works.

The development address is at Pairc na hEalaí Carrick Swans Gaa Grounds, Ballyrichard Road, Ballyrichard, Carrick-on-Suir, county Tipperary.

The council attached three conditions to their decision.
