Planning has been lodged in Tipperary to demolish a well-known hairdressing salon.

David and Laura Mulcahy are seeking planning permission to demolish an existing hairdressing salon and erect a dwelling house in its place, provide car parking and revised access to the front, including all associated site development works.

The development address is at 40 Pearse Park, Clonmel, county Tipperary.

The council has until April 16, 2025 to make its decision.
