The council in Tipperary have issued a warning to people living in Tipperary regarding Storm Bram, in a statement released today.
The council have warned people that Storm Bram is a multi-hazard event and to please be aware of strong winds and an elevated flood risk.
The orange-level alert will remain in place today from 10am until 9pm, with forecasters warning of very strong to gale force southerly winds and a risk of flooding in vulnerable areas.
They have also issued some important advice below.
