Proposal lodged for construction of residential development in small Tipperary village

A planning application has been lodged with Tipperary County Council to build a residential development in Fussough, County Tipperary. 

Sean Mockler has submitted the application which proposes the construction of five two-storey detached dwellings and one single storey detached dwelling.

According to the proposal, each of the dwellings would be served by individual waste water treatment systems, a new site entrance and all other associated site services.

Tipperary County Council are due to make a decision on the application on 31 January 2025.
