Tipperary man Dave Williams has released a new song ahead of Tipperary’s clash with Cork in the All-Ireland Hurling Final next week.
The song, titled “G-O-T-I-P-P-G-O,” uses the instrumental from Chappell Roan’s “H-O-T-T-O-G-O,” while replacing the lyrics with various references to the Tipperary team and the upcoming final.
Speaking on his song, Dave said: “For me it's a call to arms for support for our boys on July 20. The chorus calls for our supporters to ‘fill the Hill with Blue and Gold’.
“As well as footage of some of our great goals from the Championship, it also includes commentary clips from Brendan Cummins, and the wonderful clip from Marty Morrissey and John Mullane in the closing stages of the semi-final.”
