Tipperary have not got the better of Cork in the Championship since a qualifier back in 2020
There's now just five days to go until Tipperary and Cork go head-to-head in the All Ireland SHC Final at Páirc an Chrócaigh.
The stage is set and history is waiting to be written as the sides contest an All Ireland hurling final for the first time in their history.

What better way to mark five days to this monumental occassion than by looking at the previous five Championship meetings between the two powerhouses.
Tipp's last win in that regard came all the way back in 2020 when they were 2-18 to 1-17 winners in an All Ireland qualifier.

Two years later, Cork played out a 3-30 to 1-24 win in a round robin match.
2023, 2024, and 2025 have seen Cork consistently score four goals against Tipperary on their way to victory.
In 2023 they were 4-19 to 2-25 winners. 2024 recorded a 4-30 to 1-21 victory.
Most recently, the Rebels defeated Tipperary by 4-27 to 0-24 in Round 2 of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship on Sunday April 27 at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Tipperary head into the final looking to add a 29th title to their name, and increase their record of having won an All-Ireland title in every decade since the formation of the GAA, while Cork are looking to end the longest title drought in their history, which extends back to 2005.
