Next week Clonmel AC will begin its first Strength and Conditioning (S&C) classes for runners for 2025 at Elevate Fitness & Performance Clonmel.
In a post on its Facebook page, the club says "If you’re looking for a way to start your strength training journey, this might be a good introduction. You do not need to be at any particular level - the classes will suit runners of all abilities.
"The classes run in 12-week blocks and there is a fee that needs to be paid in advance. The fees are very reasonable. The only requirement is to be a Clonmel AC member.
"If this is something you’d be interested in, please reach out to club secretary Eelco, or get in touch with the (Facebook) page".
