With further acquisitions planned for 2025, the firm will grow its assets under management to over €1 billion by the end of the year.

Qifa Financial Planners is a financial planning practice in Mallow, Co Cork with clients right across Ireland.

The firm was founded in 2006 by its current Managing Director, Sean Lynch, and manages €76 million in client assets.

Efficient Financial was established in Arklow, Co Wicklow by Henry Crummy in 1976 and has since been succeeded by his sons, Harry and Derek.

The firm manages €50 million in client assets. Both Qifa Financial Planners and Efficient Financial provide specialist financial planning, wealth management, retirement planning, and cashflow modelling services.

Both Sean Lynch and Harry Crummy will continue to be actively involved as they move into senior roles with SYS Financial.

Tony Delaney, CEO, SYS Financial, said: “This is a landmark moment for SYS Financial as we welcome two highly respected firms into the group. Qifa Financial Planners and Efficient Financial bring outstanding reputations, deep client relationships, and decades of expertise to the table. These acquisitions strengthen our presence in key regional markets and reinforce our ambition to be the leading provider of client-focused financial planning in Ireland. I’m particularly pleased that Sean and Harry will take on senior roles within SYS Financial. Their involvement ensures continuity for clients and adds significant leadership depth to our team.”
