Tipperary player wins big in National Lottery TellyBingo game
A lucky Tipperary TellyBingo player has scooped a bumper prize ahead of the weekend.
One lucky Tipperary local has scooped a prize of €55,019 from the National Lottery's TellyBingo by scoring the Snowball Top Prize during Thursday's game, achieving a full house in 51 calls or less.
The winning ticket was bought at Circle K Cashel, at Junction 8 on the M8, in Cashel, Tipperary.
The Snowball prize in Telly Bingo starts at a set amount of €10,000 and increases with each draw until someone wins it by marking off all numbers on their bingo card within a specific number of calls.

Players who achieve a Full House on or before the 45th call win an additional €10,000. If there is no winner, the Snowball number increases by one and €5,000 is added to the prize until it is won.
Emma Monaghan, National Lottery Spokesperson said: “Yesterday’s TellyBingo draw brought fantastic news for one of our players in Tipperary, who scooped a dazzling €55,019 prize!
