Tipperary County Council have announced that they have provided three fully serviced sites for sale in the village of Boherlahan.
The village of Boherlahan is situated in the south of county Tipperary approximately 6km to the north of the tourist town of Cashel.
This scheme, under the housing for all initiative, allows first time buyers (as well as others matching the criteria outlined) to purchase plots of land and self-build here.

Those wishing to apply must have their proposed planning discussed with the planning department prior to submitting an application form.
The Boherlahan scheme is open for applications from Tuesday 22nd April to Friday 30th May 2025 Application received after 17:00 on the 30th May will not be considered for the scheme.
