Mindfulness, yoga, and Pilates all on the cards at the Cashel Palace this autumn

Last week, the Cashel Palace Hotel introduced their brand new broadsheet, the Mulberry Times.

It’s here that anyone who visits the hotel can find find stories about the people, places and experiences that make Cashel Palace in the heart of Ireland so special.

“From seasonal highlights and wellness rituals to local hikes and what’s going on, it serves to be your quarterly insight beyond the palace walls!” the hotel posted via social media.

It seems as summer slowly begins to fade and change to autumn, the Cashel Palace are putting on a whole host of mindfulness andfitness events to help people look after their body and mind in the upcoming weeks.

Taking place in The Bolton Library and The Secret Garden, the hotel has curated an exciting programme of classes, retreats and events throughout the month of August for guests and non-resident's to enjoy to enhance personal wellbeing and mental health.

Kore Pilates with Joan takes place across a number of morning and evening sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Bolton Library.

Joan Kennedy, a qualified Nurse and Pilates instructor certified by Polestar Australia, invites you to join a Pilates session designed to build strength, improve balance, and correct posture, all while encouraging you to prioritize self-care.

In each session, you'll experience a supportive and welcoming environment where your needs are heard, helping you feel stronger both physically and mentally. With over a decade of experience, your instructor is here to guide you toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

The hotel’s next yoga retrest takes place on Saturday, August 16. It’s on outdoor retreat with Yoga Walks Ireland and will include; insights into pineal gland exploration and its hidden history, gentle stretches to open your energy, deeply relaxing meditations to quiet the mind, and guided activities to awaken your inner eye and enhance your divine connection. Spaces cost €55 and the retreat will take place from 10am to 12.20pm on the day.

Finally, the hotel is also offering move and strength Pilates with Emma at the Secret Garden on Wednesday and Friday mornings. This is a dynamic and new addition to the wellness offering at the Cashel Palace this autumn. The class, run by Emma Flannery, is designed to help with both physical resilience and mental clarity.
