An Garda Síochána, Tipperary South Community Engagement Area are launching a new initiative aimed at reducing anti-social behaviour and addressing community concerns in Clonmel.
This operation will increase Garda visibility and patrols throughout Clonmel Town Centre, with both uniformed and plainclothes Gardaí present daily to detect and respond swiftly to offences during the upcoming busy period in the lead into Christmas.
The goal of this high-visibility initiative is to enhance community engagement with local businesses, shoppers, and the general public in the town centre. The approach was developed in response to recent discussions that An Garda Síochána held with Clonmel Community stakeholders.
