Enhancement and Painting Scheme grants up to a maximum of €500 are available to owners of properties in Clonmel town centre
Clonmel Borough District is inviting applications under the Enhancement and Painting Scheme from property owners who wish to improve their shopfronts and building facades.
Grants of 50% of the approved cost up to a maximum of €500 are available to property owners.
Application Forms and Guidelines are available on request from the Clonmel Borough District Office, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary or at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Completed application forms together with supporting documentation to be returned to the Clonmel Borough District Office, Emmet Street, Clonmel or by email to clonmelbd@tipperarycoco.ie on or before 4.30pm Friday, May 16.
The Council has pointed out that a limited fund is available and the submission of an application does not guarantee that a grant will be allocated.
