Tributes paid to all associated with successful Tipperary busking festival

The Clonmel Busking Festival was a huge success over the weekend with big crowds coming out to enjoy the music.

Outdoor and indoor venues proved to be very popular with top quality acts performing.

Busking sensation Allie Sherlock kicked off the weekend with a super show and there were gr eat acts on the Kickham Plaza on Friday and Saturday.

Again on Sunday the weather was kind to the organisers for the family day at Denis Burke Park which was supported by so many people.

Cllr Richie Molloy paid tribute to the organisers and said it was a very positive event for the town.

"It was a fantastic afternoon at Clonmel Busking Festival in Denis Burke Park. Congratulations to everyone involved in the committee for a fantastic weekend," said Cllr Molloy.
