Tipperary community to kick start a busy festive season by turning on Christmas lights

The Christmas lights in Clonmel will be turned on this Saturday November 24

The turning on of the Christmas lights in Clonmel takes place on Saturday, November 29 with Santa arriving and a parade taking place from the Westgate to the Kickham Plaza.

Two other festive events to look forward to include the ever popular annual concert by the Clonmel Concert Band and the Kickham Plaza Christmas Markets.

The Clonmel Concert Band's Annual Christmas Concert will take place at St. Peter & Paul's church on Sunday, December 7.

For the third year the Kickham Plaza in Clonmel will host the Cristmas Markets organised by Third year students. The markets will be held on December 13/14.

Santa will be there for both days and there will be over 40 stalls.
