Bridget Madigan was 37-years-old when she was reported missing from Clonmel, county Tipperary, on June 17, 2016.

Gardaí are renewing their appeal to the public for assistance on the 10th anniversary of missing person Bridget Madigan, who was 37-years-old when she was reported missing from Clonmel, county Tipperary, on June 17, 2016.

The latest appeal featured on RTÉ's Crimecall on Monday night, when the family issued an emotional plea for help in locating Bridget.

"Every day the family thinks of Bridget like you know and we just want to know where she is. She has four children, three girls and one boy. And she now has two grandchildren. A three-year-old and a one-year-old.

"She called to me the night before she went to England and that was the last time I seen her. We thought like at the start that she would be found. That's what we hoped, that she was gone on holiday or... but we know today that that's not the case.

"It's had a massive effect on our family. We're always wondering, always worrying. There is a family there that need peace of mind and rest from this. She's very much loved and missed by everyone."

Bridget was last seen in Clonmel, county Tipperary, on February 8, 2016.

Bridget is described as being 5 feet 4 inches in height, with a medium build and long blonde/brown coloured hair.

When last seen she was wearing black knee high boots with gold around the heel and sole, a black padded long jacket and black leggings.

Bridget resided in the Clonmel area but has been known to visit England and had travelled there in November 2015 and returned to Clonmel on January 29, 2016.
