CREDIT: Tipperary gardaí
A member of the Garda Roads Policing Unit in Tipperary had a "really strong feeling" of deja vu after stopping a driver on the Bank Holiday Monday who was allegedly committing the same offences as last month.

According to gardaí, the driver "was also stopped by the same garda for the same alleged crimes last month", despite the fact that "today is only the 2nd of February".

In a reminder to motorists, gardaí said: "If you are driving a car, you need a driving licence and if you are disqualified, you CANNOT drive!"

The car was seized and gardaí confirmed that there are now "LOTS more charges in court for the judge to consider".
