Gardaí in Tipperary caught a reckless driver who was not only speeding over the weekend, but was also a learner driver who was in the car and accompanied but was also uninsured.
Gardaí seized the car immediately and court is set to follow.
In a post on Facebook, Gardaí said: "Tipperary Roads Policing Unit stopped this car detected speeding in Roscrea yesterday. We discovered the driver (L-Permit Holder, unaccompanied with no plates up) was also uninsured. The car was seized and court to follow."
Comments under the post we applauding Gardaí for takin this action as on comment said, "I would say that there are a lot more of them out there. Great job."
