PICTURES: Tipperary gardaí investigating theft of two dogs in broad daylight

Both are microchipped and are a four-year-old foxhound named Mouse and a one and a half year old Beagle named Rupert.

Gardaí are seeking information about the theft of two dogs on Monday, January 19 between 2.10pm and 2:25pm.

The incident occurred between Rockwell College and Racecourse Cross on the Cashel to New Inn Road (R639).
