Gardaí have issued an urgent appeal asking for people if they have dashcam/CCTV/phone footage to please contact gardaí in Clonmel who are investigating a "serious incident" on that date.

"Any information could be of great help to the investigation team and help in the arrest of suspects," gardaí added.
