Kathleen Ryan (Dick)
(née Whelan)

Kathleen died peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Padro Pio Nursing Home, Holycross.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents Mick and Josie Whelan, brothers John and Matt, and her beloved husband Paddy Ryan (D).

Fondly remembered by her sons and daughters Richard, Siobhan, Mary, Anne and Michael. daughters-in-law Aileen and Annette. sons-in-law Chris, Don and Siobhan’s partner John, brothers Michael and Jim, sisters Anne, Mary, Margaret, Josephine and Betty, sisters-in-law Mary, Peggy, Kay, Jean, Irene and Mary. brother-in-law Mick, grandchildren Lorna, Padraic, David, Richard, Sean, Roisin, Domhnail, Doireann, Paddy, Harry, Joe, Sophie, Sophia, Martha and Canice. Her extended family and neighbours. Kathleen's family extends a heartfelt thanks to all those in Padro Pio who cared for Kathleen during her time in their care.

Reposing at O Dwyer’s Funeral Home Upperchurch on Thursday 24th April from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Funeral will arrive to the Sacred Heart Church Upperchurch on Friday 25th April for Requiem Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to Cameo Care Thurles.

Martin Quinn

Predeceased by his mother Biddy (Tobin) and father Johnny Quinn, his son Martin and sister Mary. Sadly missed by his daughters Yvonne and Tina, brothers Seanie, Stevie, Seamus, Tom, Willie, Larry, Rox and PJ, sisters Kathleen, Betty, Breda, Gabby, Stephanie, Joan and Edel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, wife and daughters in England.

Memorial mass for Martin will take place in St. Michael's Church, Tipperary Town on Saturday April 26th 2025 at 6pm.

Gerard O'Doherty

Formerly of Drom, Co. Tipperary. Pre-deceased by his parents James and Elizabeth and his infant sister Elizabeth. Suddenly at his home. Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Anne, his daughters Georgina and Olivia, his son Fergal, his daughter-in-law Caitríona (Mc Loughlin) and his adored grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his brothers Larry, Pat (Tipperary), Fr.Oliver (Manchester) and John (Cork), his sister Marie (Limerick), his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Sioraíocht in the grounds of the Assumption and St. James Church, Claregalway (H91YH05) on Friday evening 25th of April from 4.30pm removal at 6.30pm to the adjacent church. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning 26th of April at 11am, burial afterwards in Cregg Cemetery (H91EK7R). Funeral Mass will be live-streamed at www.churchtv.ie/claregalway and broadcast on parish radio.

John Jordan

JORDAN, John – 22nd April 2025, (6, Connolly Terrace, Thurles, County Tipperary and formerly of Ayrfield, Dublin), (Peacefully), surrounded by his loving family at his home. Beloved son of Frank and Mary. Very sadly missed by his parents, brothers Mark and Philip and sister Nicola, Philip’s partner Humary, uncles, aunts, niece Olivia, his nephew and Godson Jordan, cousins, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock on Friday afternoon 25th April from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Paul’s Church, Ayrfield arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Thurles.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.

Liam Hoare

Liam Hoare, Killoskehane, Borrisoleigh, Co. Tipperary. April 23rd 2025. Peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Sadly missed by his loving wife Susan, sons, Joe, Brian and Liam, daughter Claire, grandchildren, Kate, Mark, Patrick, Rebecca, Daniel, Gráinne, Sophie, Zoe, Aoibheann and Amy, sister Kitty Barry, daughters-in-law Sonya, Ann-Marie and Aideen, son-in-law Johnny, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Kennedy's Funeral Home, Borrisoleigh (E41 VX81) on Friday April 25th from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday in St Mary's Church, Drom at 12:30pm followed by interment in Drom old cemetery.

Margaret (Peg) Butler
(née Keating)

MARGARET (Peg) passed away peacefully in the care of the exceptional staff at Clonmel Hospital Stroke Unit.
Wife of the late Larry, loving mother of Tony, Una, Trish, Dave and the late Mairead, grandmother of Laura, Sarah, Mark, Killian, Darragh, Michelle, Diane and Larry, great grandmother of Jack and Saoirse, mother-in-law to Maria (Desmond) and the late Lorna and Arden, sister of Betty (O’Mara) and the late Billy and Marie (Hickey). Sadly missed also by Nera, Brian, Krystyl, Robyn, her cousins Pat and Mary, nieces, nephews, her extended family, her wonderful carers, neighbours and friends especially the Clohessy Family.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dhílis.

Reposing at her home on Friday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral mass on Saturday in St. Mary's Church, Cahir at 1.30pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

MARY RONAN
(née WHITE)

Mrs Mary Ronan, née White originally from William Street Nenagh, County Tipperary. Formerly of Edmonton, London and Roydon, Essex. Passed away peacefully in the care of Snowdrop House Care Home surrounded by her loving family. Wife of Tom Ronan Cappaduff, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo. will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Daughters Sarah and Emma and son Jamie and the Extended families. Mary is predeceased by her parents John and Peg sisters Joan, Nellie and Anne, brothers James, Jack, Liam, Danny and Richard.

Mary is survived by her brothers Tony, Michael and Joseph, sisters Peggy and Noreen, Nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives , neighbours and friends.

May Mary Rest In Peace.

Her funeral will arrive at St.Marys of the Rosary Church, Nenagh, this Friday 25th at 8 o'c. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11am.
