1. Sean Hayes (Kiladangan)
A player who was really close to the call-in after fantastic club campaigns in 2020 and 2021, helping his club to their first-ever county title.
Hayes (23) is a player with an electrifying pace and an eye for goal, and he has shown it in the blue and gold in the underage teams in the last five years.
Injury in the past 12 months has curtailed that good form somewhat, and he is still getting back to sharpness after a recent return from a spell out, but there is no doubt he would bring speed and athleticism to Tipperary.
His one downfall at times can be his shooting, which tends to let him down when taking on points from range, but with the right environment and coaching set up around him, he would prove to be a useful weapon if honed correctly.
Well worth looking at if he has a good club campaign.
