3. Denis Maher (Thurles Sarsfields)
There has been plenty of debate throughout the year as to whether or not Maher is being best utilised at full back, but his recent performances have certainly proven Padraic Maher right. He was immense against Drom & Inch and kept a very potent full forward line quiet all game.
