Tipperary County Council have announced their intention to close the L-4306 Ballymacaddy to Thomastown in Tipperary for a period of one month.
The road will be closed from 07:30hrs on Tuesday 11 February 2025 to 18:00hrs on Friday 14 March 2025.
The council have suggested the following alternative routes be taken by motorists: Traffic to divert using the L-8309 and L-4304.
Local access will be maintained.

Tipperary County Council have stated that the reason for this closure is to facilitate the laying of new Water to eradicate Leakage and water quality issues.
Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary not later than 12 noon on Thursday 23 January 2025 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie
