LIVE: Planning sought for coffee dock in stunning area of Tipperary

Planning has been sought in Tipperary for 'a mobile coffee vending parking stand' located in Grange, Barna, Thurles.
The applicants are seeking permission to create an area for their coffee dock to be parked, as well as a separate vehicular and pedestrian entrance.
Planning documents also outline that permission is also being sought for the creation of customer parking, covered dining areas and customer toilet facilities at the premises.
A local walking group have voiced their approval for the proposed development saying that "it is situated approximately 100m from a loop that passes through the village of Grange and as the walk does not have a toilet facility many people use the Coffee Coop for this.
"It also has ample car parking spaces so many people start their walk from here. Throughout the year The Coffee Coop organise a range of events incorporating the Walks thus increasing foot fall and raising the profile of the walk by inviting new walkers and runners to the area."
Tipperary County Council have until April 29 to make their decision.
