 Carrick-on-Suir town centre street to close for most of September for water mains works

Tipperary County Council has made an order to close the L-2708 Bridge Street in Carrick-on-Suir for most of September to facilitate the repair and replacement of water mains.

The Council has given notice to the public that it will close the street from its junction with Main Street (R885) to its junction with the North Quay L-6712/L-27018 from 7am next Monday, September 1 to 7pm on Sunday, September 28.

Traffic will be diverted through the Westgate onto Greystone St. and on to the Well Road, to the junction of the N24 at Deerpark.

Traffic is to then turn south on to L-6712 and continue to Bridge Street.
