Studio Perform Theatre present Kitty in the Lane, written and performed by Áine Ryan and directed by Jack Reardon
It will be held in the Festival Dome for the Clonmel Junction Arts Festival on Thursday 6 – Friday 7 July at 8.30pm.
Kitty waits alone in her kitchen. Her father is dying in the room next door. Kitty wishes he would just hurry up. Kitty wishes her boyfriend, late to accompany her to a local beauty pageant, would hurry up too. Slugging whiskey and gorging cake isn’t going to help but whatever happens, Kitty’s evening is about to devastate or thrill.
A new production of Kitty in the Lane makes its Irish premiere after a successful run of the play in London in May, playing to sell out houses and receiving a Standing Ovation Nomination and numerous outstanding reviews.
