1. Ciaran McCormack (Loughmore Castleiney)
Rucker has started this year very well for Loughmore Castleiney and looks to be delivering on his underage potential.
He had a mixed Mid championship by his own standards but played a big role in the quarter-final win over Thurles Sarsfields, scoring eight points (four from play) and while he was quiet in the semi-final win over Drom & Inch, his physical presence and work rate was visible.
His big Achilles heel in recent years has been his inconsistency but if he can produce it game-on-game to the level of which he is capable, he could be an option to get a look for Tipperary next year.
