3. Joe Caesar (Holycross Ballycahill)
Joe Caesar has been improving at a rate of knots since graduating from the Tipperary underage ranks a few years ago, and his excellent campaign with Mary Immaculate College in winning the Fitzgibbon Cup earlier this year has put him firmly in the Tipperary senior radar.
He likely needs to add more bulk in the coming months and years, but he has the undoubted talent to make it at the highest level and should he impress for Holycross this campaign, he will be knocking on the door ahead of the intercounty campaign of 2025.
