Yet another intriguing match-up with Conor Whelan that was tit-for-tat throughout the contest.
Breen was well on top in the first half and kept the Galway talisman to just one point and very little else in that time.
Whelan hit two more points in the second half when the game was over but it would be fair to say that Breen had his job done at that point. A reliable man-marker.
