Ballymacarbry Scout Group are proud to celebrate our Scouts' outstanding achievement in winning the Tipperary Scout County Shield for the third year in a row.
The group commented on the achievement, saying: "Patrol Leader Molly led the team with skill and determination, supported by teammates Amelia, Frank, Teagan, James, and Jay.
"The County Shield is a weekend competition that puts Scouts’ skills to the test in areas such as campcraft, cooking, first aid, navigation, teamwork, and leadership.

"It’s not just about winning—it’s a fun-filled weekend packed with learning, laughter, and lifelong friendships.
"We’d also like to acknowledge the incredible support and encouragement of their Scouters—Muiris, Val, and Brendan—whose guidance plays a huge part in the team’s ongoing success.
"Ballymacarbry Scout Group is open to new youth members, from the age of six to 17, and we’re also looking for adult volunteers to join our team from September. Full training is provided, and it’s a fantastic way to support young people while developing new skills."
