My player of the match. He was colossal. The number of times he got in flicks and hooks to dispossess Kilkenny players was scarcely believable.
Not only that, but he was on the ball endlessly and, barring one loose ball out in the second half, he was very clean in his distribution. He was on Keoghan for a few of his points, but couldn't be faulted otherwise.
