Approved housing applicants are warmly invited to express their interest in this available home.

Please note that applicants can only view and express interest in properties that match their approved type, such as one bed, two-bed, or three-bed.

Applicants can only view and bid on properties that match their approved type, such as 1 bed, 2 bed, or 3 bed.
All applications will be reviewed based on estate management criteria, including any rent arrears.
If a successful applicant refuses a Choice Based Letting offer, they will not be considered for another unit under this scheme for one year.
Only successful candidates will receive notification by post under the Choice Based Letting Scheme.
