Ailtirí Architects have been appointed as consultants to prepare the tender documentation for the demolition of the existing Toilet Block in Dromineer and the construction of the new Facilities Centre for Watersports Activities in Dromineer.
It is anticipated that demolition of the existing Toilet Block will start in December 2024.
Progress meetings are taking place on an ongoing basis with Fáilte Ireland who are funding the project.
Tipperary County Council will shortly advertise for Part VIII planning for the inclusion of the Changing Places standard facility as part of the overall development in Dromineer.
The tender for the appointment of a contractor for the construction of the new facility will be advertised on e-tenders in mid-November.
