Planning granted for much needed new playground in Tipperary village

The new playground will be built in Silvermines, Nenagh

Tipperary playground for auction on Monday

Tipperary County Council have granted permission for a new playground to be built in Nenagh.

The development will be built at Cloonanagh, Silvermines in Nenagh and will consist of the construction of a new playground at the location.

The application was submitted by the Silvermines Playground Committee, who have been planning and fundraising for the project for more than two years.

The group are fundraising to establish, build and maintain an inclusive and accessible playground in Silvermines village for the use of families and children in Silvermines and the surrounding community.
