Planning permission sought to retain existing car showroom in Tipperary

A planning application has been submitted seeking permission for the retention of a car showroom in a garage located in Tipperary.

The application relates to the existing car showroom at Slattery Garage Ltd, Limerick Road in Nenagh.

The retention application follows a previous grant of planning permission for the development, with the current application addressing the building and associated works as constructed.

The proposed retention includes the continued use of the showroom and its ancillary offices, as well as the service garage and workshop facilities.

Tipperary County Council have until October 14 to decide whether to grant retention permission for the development.
