There was much to celebrate over the weekend for the McGrath School of Irish Dance as students were crowned All-Ireland champions for the fourth time in the Rince Foirne competition in Monaghan on Saturday night, January 25.
The Newcastle school congratulated the dancers in Facebook post on Sunday which said: "It is a huge achievement to once again retain this prestigious title and we couldn’t be more proud of you all.
"Your commitment and hard work is second to none and it all paid off on the day."
The school thanked Newcastle GAA Club and Tipperary County Board for their support as well as parents and supporters, namely the school's own Seamus McGrath who is "always there supporting us every step of the way."
