What's on in SOLAS: Farmer’s market, local milk & free BBQ

SOLAS is still recovering from a hugely successful series of events over the Easter weekend. This weekend the focus is very much on the summer ahead with a Free masterclass on Sunday to help you impress your friends with your BBQ skills. Last year this event was accompanied by glorious sunshine and one can only hope that the weather has turned the corner and we can now look ahead to the brighter and warmer days of summer.

This weekend will have a strong focus on farmer's market and in particular the fantastic local fresh milk available in glass bottles from ‘Moo-Cow’ which offers milk in a range of flavours from the In-Market vending machine. David Maher of SOLAS explains “It is great to have another activity packed weekend ahead of us with a firm focus on fresh local food and ways to enjoy it in your own garden”.

SOLAS – PLANTS

The feature plant is Heucheras (Coral Bells) and comes with a very wide range of colours including red, purple, green, black, and silver.
