REVEALED: Tipperary squad announced ahead of landmark rugby event

The Irish Tag Rugby Association has shared the Tipperary County team line-up for the first ever Tag Rugby County Championships, taking place on Saturday, August 9, at UCD Sports Campus, Dublin.

This landmark event will bring together 15 teams from across Ireland, each proudly representing their county of origin or the county they feel the strongest connection to.

The action promises high energy, county pride and plenty of colour.

Most of our county kits are being kept under wraps until match day meaning the only way to catch the first glimpse of these bold new designs is to come along on the day.

Supporters and media are invited to be among the first to see how each county’s traditional colours have been transformed with a unique tag rugby twist.

Come and join us on Saturday, August 9, at UCD Sports Campus to witness your county colours take to the pitch in style and capture the excitement as fifteen teams battle it out for county glory.

There will be plenty of opportunity on the day for photography, interviews and live reporting and we’d love to see Tipperary represented in the crowd and in the coverage.
