1. Paidi Williams (Kilruane MacDonaghs) Conceded one goal to Jack Butler from close range, but other than that, Williams was assured in his play, finding his men from puckouts and composed when the ball came his way late in the second half.

6. Niall O'Meara (Kilruane MacDonaghs) Since the loss of Craig Morgan earlier in the championship, O'Meara has really shown his versatility and class as he has been rock solid since. Again, he was in brilliant form and kept good tabs on Colm Ryan.

7. Alan Flynn (Kiladangan) Continues to be the big leader in this Kiladangan team, and when the game was their to be won he wasn't found wanting once again. He was so composed on the ball again, and hit a brace of vital frees from distance in horrendous conditions.

8. Lorcan Campion (Drom & Inch) Tasked with picking up the influential Tadgh Gallagher, Campion did so to great effect. Hurled an amount of ball and put in a big shift running up and back the field.

9. Mark O'Neill (Kilruane MacDonaghs) An understated performer for Kilruane in recent games, but O'Neill hurled very well once again last Sunday. He goes about his work quietly, and whenever he gets a sight at goal he usually takes it, firing over 0-2 from play.
