BREAKING: Planning green light for new café and deli business in Tipperary

Planning has been granted for a new café and deli business in Tipperary.

The planning permission provides for the change of use of an existing office space to a food retail space, café and deli as well as the extension of the area to side of property to facilitate shared toilets and staff kitchen, the cafe terrace and bin storage to rear of property.

The development address is on Friar Street, Thurles, county Tipperary, E41 WK33.

This application relates to development which comprises of the carrying out of works to a protected structure.

The council attached ten conditions to their decision. 

The applicant was William Commins.
