Tipperary Mental Health Week is inviting the people of Tipperary to attend their special public event to celebrate World Mental Health Day.
The event takes place from 9am to 1pm on Friday, October 10, on the TUS campus in Thurles.

The organisers say the day will celebrate the themes of community resilience, support and the overall event theme “Recovery is Possible”.
The day includes guest speakers, presentations, a panel discussion and a host of organisations supporting positive mental health services and initiatives, with information stands and signposting.
They say this special event promises a day filled with support, encouragement and take-home learnings.

Parking will be available on campus on the day.
The venue is wheelchair friendly, with accessible toilets and facilities.
