Local Tipperary library to host range of events as part of Tipperary Festival of Science

Thurles Library will host a Meditation session with Instructor Ann-Marie Kavanagh.

The session takes place on Monday, November 10, from 3pm to 4pm.

Thurles Library will also host a talk titled 'Fuelling the Future: The Evolution of Sports Nutrition'.

In collaboration with staff from the Applied Sports Science with Sport & Exercise Nutrition Department at TUS, this talk will explore the transformative journey of sports and exercise nutrition.

The talk takes place on Tuesday, November 11, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
