Both are past pupils of the school, Paddy attended the school in the 1970s and Theo in the 1980s.

Theo returned to work in the school in 1995, with Paddy following suit in 2007.

Both men have given so much to the school in that time.

From classroom to sports, from looking out for students and doing whatever they could to grow and develop the school.

Both men are hugely regarded by staff, students and the wider CBS community.

The school wishes to offer their thanks to the student council for making a presentation to both men to mark the occasion.

Ms Mary Lloyd spoke about Paddy and his immense contribution to the school.

Mr Martin Power spoke in relation to Theo.

Both Theo and Paddy spoke beautifully about their own memories in the school as students, and as teachers.

The staff made presentations to both men from the staff and Board of Management.

The school says there are no words to adequately sum up the contribution of both men to the school.

They wish them both the very best in their retirement from school as they move on to a new chapter in their lives.
