6. Ronan Maher Rating: 7/10 Another good outing from Maher who hit a world of ball again for Tipperary, more so in the first half it must be said. Some of his deliveries at times were ill-advised, especially against the breeze in the second half, but there is no denying his influence is most felt at centre-back.

7. Bryan O'Mara Rating: 6/10 O'Mara gave a flicker of his potential with a mammoth first-half point after fielding a Shane Dowling puckout and firing over the bar on the run. However, he struggled to go the other way with Aidan O'Connor causing the Holycross Ballycahill man huge trouble throughout. This was his first league appearance after illness so that must be accounted for, but Tipp needs him to increase his influence.

8. Craig Morgan Rating: 5/10 Morgan had impressed in the first two league games to date but he came crashing down to earth in this Limerick fixture. He was anonymous throughout the game as Cian Lynch and Adam English dominated and the Kilruane MacDonaghs man was withdrawn in the second half. He has done well and maybe should be persisted with going into the Cork game.

9. Willie Connors Rating: 6/10 Like Morgan, Connors didn't reach the heights of previous games but did get through a lot of possession again. His shooting let him down at key points in the game, particularly in the second half, as he struggled to curtail Cian Lynch throughout the game. He and Morgan should get another chance to impress against Cork.
