12. Alan Tynan Rating: 8/10 This was the Alan Tynan we have seen more often than not during Liam Cahill's tenure. Tynan was excellent and brought a massive workrate to the middle third and picked off three lovely points throughout the game, causing Colin Coughlan massive problems. In this form, he is a certainty for the half-forward line come championship. He just needs to continue to show it for the remainder of the league.

11. Jake Morris Rating: 7/10 Morris got through a lot of possession in the game and hit some really nice scores to finish with four points from play. However, he did hit several wides that he would expect to nail, and while he was busy in terms of attacking threat, there were holes out of possession that Limerick pilfered in the second half with Ethan Hurley and Diarmaid Byrnes fizzing over points. Management obviously feels they need his energy in the half-forward line, but you would wonder is he better off closer to goal.

10. Gearoid O'Connor Rating: 5/10 Scored a nice first-half point but O'Connor had a poor outing all told. When out of possession, he doesn't show enough energy and tackling prowess, and, considering his size and strength, it is something he needs to bring to his game. Diarmaid Byrnes filled his boots in the game with long-range scores and the prerequisite of the half-forward line against Limerick has to be that workrate and defensive work out of possession. Needs to show more.

13. Darragh Stakelum Rating: 5/10 A performance that Stakelum will want to leave in his wake quickly. He struggled hugely in the corner and while he dropped out the pitch for spells, he didn't look comfortable with his back to goal and had little influence on the game. Like O'Connor, he has had a hectic schedule with Fitzgibbon Cup fare and you would hope that when the college competition concludes, he can get back to his best.
