'Severe,' concern in Tipperary over state of busy road as urgent request gone to council

There is concern in Tipperary over the state of a busy road as an urgent request has gone to Tipperary County Council to address the issue.

Cllr Mark Fitzgerald said: "I've been in contact with council again this Thursday morning to please urgently do something at the bottom of Banixtown Hill on R692 between Cloneen and Fethard.

"Please take care when approaching this section of road."

Cllr Fitzgerald said: "Two severe potholes on Fethard- Cloneen Road. Bottom of Banixtown Hill and the second one 100m further on."
